Financial Services For HOA Community Management

 We can offer your community a secure place to send their association dues straight to the bank for processing.

Electronic Notification System

This service is included for self managed communities at no cost! We believe it’s important to connect with Homeowners quickly. So we offer text messaging and emailing that make collaboration and staying informed more convenient than ever. Unlimited text messaging and emailing (single or bulk) at no added cost. 

Easy Payments

Owners can schedule recurring payments to avoid delinquency. Owners can make secure Dues payments via eCheck (Free) or credit card (convenience fee may apply), preventing mail delays or lost checks.

Reports

We will provide all the monthly financials for your community. We will partner with a CPA Firm to complete your community Annual Year End Financials.

Board Members Portal

Access invoices and other items that require Board approval directly from your Portal, where you’ll be able to vote and share comments with other Board members.

Collections

We help track accounts from the day of delinquency, through the lien and foreclosure stages. If necessary work with the association attorney to pursue legal action.

Some of the financial services we provide:

  • Account for assessments and all other charges due by the Owners.

  • Notify Owners of any delinquency and take such reasonable action for the collection of the delinquent assessments as the Board may determine.

  • Make all disbursements from assessments collected for normal recurring expenses as provided in the budget and as approved by the Board.
